OVERVIEW

This website is operated by SweetAndCo. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to SweetAndCo. SweetAndCo offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.


By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.

ALLERGENS & INGREDIENTS

Our products are made using high quality ingredients and NZ sourced/made wherever possible. Each of your products are hand-made individually, by us to your order and details agreed on invoice.

All products may use or have come into contact with peanuts, tree nuts, soybean derivatives, eggs, wheat gluten, milk, and other allergens. At present, we do not make allergen free/friendly items.

It is solely the customers responsibility when both serving and eating our products once these leave our kitchen.

GENERAL

Please note, in regards to custom boxes, we can only discuss customisation for order for over 10 boxes. However, we have a great base range on our website. If you have a particular theme that you would like to be featured in our online collection, we are more than happy to take this on board.


DELIVERY + PICK UP

We currently hand deliver all of our sweet boxes during the week (Monday - Friday).

Due to the volume of orders we receive, we are unable to adhere to specific delivery time requests. All deliveries will be made by 5pm on the date selected by the customer on the website.

Sweet and Co Limited takes no responsibility for the products after they have been delivered. Please note that by placing an order you acknowledge and confirm the date that someone will be home to accept the parcel otherwise it will be left unattended on the doorstep. There is no pick up option available for sweet box orders during the week as we are not based in the shop full time so we cannot commit to pick up times for this reason.

At present, we offer delivery to the Wellington area, with the furthest location available being Paraparaumu. If for any reason, the website allows you to place an order beyond this location area, Sweet & Co Ltd will notify the customer immediately and this order will be cancelled.

We deliver with the exception of rural addresses and PO boxes.

All orders delivered in the Porirua area will be a flat charge of $5. The Porirua area in this instance refers to postcodes 5022, 5024, 5026 & 5381. Delivery to Lower Hutt and Wellington area will be at a flat charge rate of $10.

Any product placed outside during an event has the possibility of melting or deforming due to the heat of your location, especially during summer. We are not liable for a product once it has been delivered or picked up. We can provide storage instructions on request; however once a product has been picked up by you or a designated party and removed from our premises, the onus is on the customer.

We offer the option to pick-up your order if you have placed a bulk/event order or for our blitz days (e.g. Pineapple Pais). We provide all customers who are selecting this option with a strict pick up time allocation window upon ordering. When placing an order with us, it is expected that you agree to this collection time. We expect all customers to collect their items during the time allocation and to do so promptly. We do not offer refunds for late pickups or no shows, as the responsibility is on the customer and these circumstances are not determined by us.
